We are currently seeking part-time, Resident Care Aides/ Certified Nurse Assistant to join our team in Decatur!
We are growing and are looking for an individual who has the ability to continually adjust to change, drive to make a difference, and desire to improve. The primary purpose of this position is to actively provide hands-on care, document daily resident care, condition, and work directly with the Wellness Nurse to ensure the best possible care.
- Bathing & Grooming Assistance
- Resident Transfers
- Taking Vital Signs
- Medication Administration
- Maintaining assigned areas in an orderly and attractive manner
- Interacting with residents and visitors in a friendly and courteous manner, providing assistance and directions as requested
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong interpersonal & organizational skills
- High School Diploma
- 1 Year Prior Experience Working in Assisted Living and/or Memory Care
- Willing to work a flexible schedule (1st or 2nd shift, including every other weekend)
- Desire to work with seniors
- Must possess a team spirit, good character and personal integrity.
- Prior experience is preferred
