What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caregiver position at Randall Residence?
White Oaks is looking to hire a 2nd and 3rd shift caregivers!
We are looking to have committed team members who have the ability to continually adjust to change, drive to make a difference, and desire to improve. The primary purpose of this position is to actively provide hands-on care, document daily resident care, condition, and work directly with the Wellness Nurse to ensure the best possible care.
- Bathing & Grooming Assistance
- Resident Transfers
- Taking Vital Signs
- Medication Administration
- Maintaining assigned areas in an orderly and attractive manner
- Interacting with residents and visitors in a friendly and courteous manner, providing assistance and directions as requested

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Strong interpersonal & organizational skills
- High School Diploma
- Willing to work a flexible schedule (including weekends)
- Desire to work with seniors
- Must possess a team spirit, good character and personal integrity.
- Prior experience is preferred
