What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Worker position at Randal Optimal Nutrients, Inc.?
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to;Perform preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance on production equipment, including mixers, encapsulation machines, tablet presses, bottling/packaging lines, HVAC, compressors, and other facility systems.Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.Maintain maintenance logs, work orders, and equipment documentation.Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cGMP, OSHA, and company safety standards.Assist with equipment installations, calibrations, and upgrades.Collaborate with production, quality, and sanitation teams to support smooth operations.Ensure clean, organized, and safe work areas at all times.Company DescriptionRandal Optimal Nutrients, Inc., was established more than 70 years ago and is known for its ability to produce high quality products with the lowest minimums in the industry.
