DC Supervisor

 POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for planning, organizing, and monitoring the processing of product through Inbound. Ensures product is processed in an effective and efficient manner as needed to satisfy internal and external customer requirements. Motivates and leads employees towards success and teamwork.  Ensures safety, quality and production standards are met. Collaborate with other Distribution Supervisors and Managers to maximize workflow and meet facility goals.

SHIFT: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm plus overtime as needed

SALARY: $50,000 Annually 

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and direct the daily activities of a staff of associates.
• Maintain quality and safety standards.
• Work closely with DC management to achieve daily departmental goals.
• Maintain attendance records for direct reports.
• May be required to train associates for lift certifications.
• Other report maintenance as required.
• Additional duties as assigned.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• High school diploma required. 

Relevant Work Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse supervisory experience.

Technical Skills

•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook.

Other Qualifications

• Self-driven, reliable, and detail/results oriented.
• Must be able to work extended hours when required, including some Saturdays.
• Ability to communicate, verbally and in writing, with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook.
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills.
• Ability to handle fast paced distribution environment.
