  2. Serve as the facility’s technical authority for asset reliability, independently assessing equipment performance, identifying systemic risks, and defining engineering solutions.
  3. Analyze reliability and performance data (e.g., OEE, MTBF, MTTR, downtime trends) to anticipate failures, prioritize risk, and guide engineering decisions.
  4. Establish standards and best practices for preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs to ensure effectiveness and long-term sustainability.
  5. Lead complex root cause investigations and implement permanent corrective actions to eliminate repeat failures.

  8. Identify and lead equipment, component, and process standardization initiatives to reduce variability and improve maintainability.
  9. Govern the accuracy, integrity, and use of reliability and CMMS data, producing meaningful analysis and performance reporting to support leadership decision-making.
  10. Prepare and present technical evaluations, risk assessments, and business cases to site and reliability leadership.
  11. Lead cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives that deliver measurable gains in equipment uptime, maintenance cost reduction, and operational stability.
  12. Exercise independent judgment in managing priorities, balancing production demands with reliability risk, and advancing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  13. Special projects and assignments as business dictates
  14.
