Job Summary

The District is seeking qualified, credentialed teachers to join its Teacher Hiring Pool. This pool will be used to fill current and future vacancies across various grade levels throughout the District. Guided by RSF’s mission to inspire discovery, learning, and growth, our educators create engaging, student-centered experiences that support the whole child. In alignment with our vision, we empower leaders, nurture a strong community, and work together to shape a better future for every student. The K-5 Elementary Classroom Teacher will provide a dynamic, nurturing, and standards-aligned learning environment that promotes the intellectual, social, emotional, and physical growth of all students, This position is responsible for delivering comprehensive instruction across multiple subject areas, fostering a positive classroom culture, and collaborating with families and colleagues to ensure student success, and perform other related duties as assigned. Our K–5 Elementary Classroom Teachers work closely together to integrate diverse perspectives and professional expertise in order to provide high-quality services to students. Collaboration among special education staff, general education teachers, and administration is essential to fostering a supportive, inclusive environment that meets the needs of every student in our care.

Requirements / Qualifications

Current valid California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential and CLAD/English Learner Authorizations Out-of-state applicants must have a corresponding credential/license and obtain the appropriate California credentials.
