Rancho Center is a 120-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located in a Florissant, MO. Excellence is our goal and good outcomes are our daily measures of progress. HR Director/ Payroll is an integral position in our administrative team, a candidate needs to be motivated to create improvement, be very involved in hiring & onboarding staff as well as maintain a good rapport with the team.
HR Director/ Payroll Duties Include:
- Day-to-day payroll duties and functions.
- Ensuring all necessary onboarding documents & orientation for new employees.
- Manage all aspects of time clock and payroll processing through the facility established system.
- Help with all hiring & recruiting needs, Complete reference checks and arrange interviews for qualified applicants for positions to be filled
- Complete necessary benefit information for employees during the termination process.
