Utility Technician

Ranchland Ford is seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Repair Technician to join our team in Broken Bow, NE. In this role, you will be responsible for performing alignments, tire services and general automotive repairs to ensure vehicles meet quality and safety standards. You will work closely with our service team to provide excellent customer service and maintain the high standards of Ranchland Ford.

Responsibilities

• Perform wheel alignments, tire installations, rotations, and balancing
• Inspect tires for wear and damage and make recommendations for repair or replacement
• Diagnose and correct alignment and suspension issues
• Perform various service needs as requested such as oil changes, vehicle inspections, and accessory installations
• Maintain accurate records of services performed
• Collaborate with service advisors to provide customers with quality service and accurate information
• Ensure the workspace and equipment are kept clean and well-maintained

Requirements

• Previous experience in the automotive service field is a plus
• Knowledge of alignment procedures, tire handling, and vehicle suspension systems
• Ability to use alignment equipment and hand tools proficiently
• Knowledge of general vehicle function and service
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Valid driver’s license required
