Position Overview:
The Director of Retail Stores plays a key supporting role in helping our retail division operate efficiently and effectively. This position will coordinate communications, assist with data tracking and reporting, organize travel and store visits, and help ensure our stores are aligned with company goals and brand standards.
This role requires strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Occasional travel to retail locations may be required to assist with store visits and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in tracking and compiling sales data, KPIs, and performance reports for all store locations.
- Help coordinate travel logistics, store visit itineraries, and follow-up action items.
- Maintain organized documentation and files for store operations, audits, and performance metrics.
- Support the rollout and communication of company initiatives, promotions, and merchandising updates to store teams.
- Assist with scheduling and preparing materials for leadership and store manager meetings.
- Follow up with store managers on assigned tasks, ensuring timelines and expectations are met.
- Help identify opportunities for process improvement and provide recommendations to enhance store efficiency.
- Occasionally travel to store locations to assist with audits, openings, or special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in retail operations, coordination, or executive/administrative support (multi-store experience a plus).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets experience required).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- A proactive, solutions-driven mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
