Ranch Pools is hiring motivated team members to help build, deliver, and install our premium stock tank pools across Texas. This is a hands-on role perfect for a college student, recent graduate, gap-year student, or hardworking high school graduate looking for flexible hours and a fun, fast-paced work environment.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, enthusiastic, team-oriented, and ready to work hard while helping create amazing backyard spaces for customers.
Responsibilities
- Build Ranch Pools in our warehouse
- Load and unload pools, pumps, heaters, and accessories
- Travel to customer homes for pool deliveries and installations
- Assist with setup, installation, and customer walkthroughs
- Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and stocked
- Work alongside the team to ensure every customer has a great experience
Requirements
- Must be comfortable lifting and moving heavy items
- Must be willing to travel throughout Texas for installations and deliveries
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Team player with good communication skills
- Flexible schedule and availability
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in Texas weather
- Valid driver’s license preferred
