Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Monitor inventory levels of spirits, mixers, and garnishes; assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and delivering drinks promptly.
- Handle cash register transactions efficiently while ensuring accurate cash handling.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours while maintaining quality service.
Experience
- Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and bartending techniques is advantageous.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for drink recipes and cash register operations.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
