What You Will Do
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy to youth
- Collaborate with a dedicated treatment team to create individualized care plans
- Build positive, healthy relationships that encourage growth and resilience
- Teach and model coping strategies, relapse prevention, and emotional regulation
- Support residents in articulating thoughts, feelings, and experience
- Partner with guardians and outside agencies to ensure continuity of care
- Respond effectively to crisis situations with compassion and professionalism
- Maintain documentation, reports, and treatment progress records

- Licensed or license-eligible therapist with experience in trauma-informed care

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: Starting $60,000-$65,000 per year
