Role Description
We are looking for a Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa located in Edison, NJ. This part-time, on-site role will involve managing spa services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing client needs with exceptional service. Responsibilities include coordinating staff schedules, maintaining the budget, ensuring adherence to standards, promoting spa services, and building relationships with clients. The Spa Manager will also oversee the quality of skincare treatments and ensure high standards of professionalism and care.
Qualifications
- Experience in Spa Management with the ability to oversee and organize spa operations effectively
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to cultivate positive client interactions
- Knowledge of Budgeting and financial management to ensure the spa’s financial health
- Familiarity with Skin Care services and treatments, ensuring quality and adherence to professional standards
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in a spa, wellness, or hospitality environment is a plus
