Summary:
- Leads nursing managers/staff; sets strategy, budgets, and staffing goals
- Ensures patient safety, quality care, and compliance using evidence-based practices
- Oversees staff training, evaluations, and competency development
- Coordinates patient care, collaborates across departments, and improves patient satisfaction (HCAHPS)
- Manages policies, education programs, and performance improvement initiatives
- Acts in place of CNO when needed and supports nursing leadership development
Requirements:
- BSN required (Master’s preferred)
- Active Texas RN license (home state)
- 3 years leadership experience (ICU Med-Surg/Tele)
- BLS & ACLS required; certification preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and basic computer skills

Pay: $115,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
