Job Description
Generally speaking, the Order and Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately picking, preparing and packing orders from a variety of online platform. Some responsibilities / tasks include:
Product “Finishing”
- Hand emboss envelopes
- Insert envelopes in greeting cards
- Band packs of greeting cards in pre-determined quantities
- Assort and box greeting cards
- Bag and/or band notepads and notebooks
Inventory
- Document out of stock and near out of stock products
- Receive inventory and update online channels as required – complete inventory worksheets as requested
- Restock over-picked items and keep inventory racks clean and organized
General
- Keep your area clean and organized
- Break down boxes, sweep floors and clean surfaces as needed
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to stand in a stationary position for an entire shift
- Must be comfortable with repetitive hand motions / tasks
- Hardworking, dedicated, reliable, and a team player
- Comfortable reaching, bending, crouching, and climbing a small step ladder as required
Work Hours
This role may enjoy some flexibility. Please plan on working between the hours of 8am-3pm (Monday – Friday). A minimum acceptable shift is 4 hours long – ideally, you’re able to work on Mondays… otherwise, we’re open to creating a schedule based on your availability.
Compensation and Benefits
- $13-$16/ hour (DOE)
