Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of food and beverage options to enhance guest experience
- Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale)
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and desserts to maximize sales opportunities
- Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently, handling cash handling responsibilities with accuracy and integrity
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests
- Engage with guests to foster positive relationships, address concerns promptly, and ensure overall guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred but willing to train
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly
- Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately
