Job Description:
- Set the pace – Establish work plans that support and improve equipment reliability
- Drive Change – Incorporating a culture of inclusion and continuity within all departments through Continuous improvement
- Strategize to win – Directing, training and developing maintenance team members for assigned area/shift
- Drive efficiency – Using problem solving skills and root cause analysis to resolve and/or mitigate maintenance issues
- Impact results – Identifying opportunities to eliminate cost and/or waste through applying LEAN MEFG principles
- Take a new angle – Identifying, implementing and documenting maintenance and reliability best practices
- SAP, Either Mechanical or Electrical knowledge
- Previous maintenance supervisor experience, Proficiency in Microsoft office suites,
- High school diploma or GED at minimum with 10 years experience or Bachelor degree in engineering/technical related field plus 5 years experience
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $38.00 - $39.00 per hour
