About the Role:
· We are seeking a highly motivated HSE Manager to lead and oversee all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) initiatives across mission-critical construction and data center projects. This role ensures full compliance with regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and the owner’s expectations while promoting a strong safety-first culture on-site.
· As the HSE Manager, you will develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures that minimize risk, enhance safety performance, and protect both people and the environment.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent relevant experience).
· Minimum of 5 years of HSE experience in construction or mission-critical data center projects.
· Strong knowledge of local and international safety and environmental standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
· Proven experience conducting incident investigations and implementing Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
· Proficiency with HSE management systems and reporting software.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to handle multiple priorities and thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure project environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications: NEBOSH, CSP, ASP, or equivalent safety management credentials.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $75.00 - $80.00 per hour
