What You'll Do:
- Help customers find the right vehicle with a consultative, honest approach
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Subaru models and our used car inventory
- Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented showroom culture

- Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience
- Proven track record of closing deals and delivering top-notch customer service

Compensation: Base Commission (Competitive and Performance-Driven)
