Salary: $80,000 - $100,000/year* profit sharing benefits

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You’d Do in This Role:

We are looking for an engineer who is passionate about designing, building, and supporting innovative technology solutions for Ramsey Education. You will not only bring technical expertise but also be committed to continuously growing as an engineer, staying up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the team and business in meaningful ways, driving both technical excellence and business success.

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You have 4 years of proven experience in software engineering, specifically within Java, Ruby on Rails, or Kotlin highly preferred.
• You are a team player who thrives in cross-functional settings, working closely with product managers, designers, and engineers.
• You are able to think creatively and use technology to solve real business challenges.
• You have strong communication skills and are able to engage beyond code with other team members to align with business goals.
• You are comfortable working in an environment with shifting priorities and evolving needs.
• You are willing to listen, learn, and work toward common goals with humility and flexibility.

What Winning Looks Like:

• Write, test, and ship high-quality code, contributing to the creation of digital products that will change the lives of the next generation
• Work within architectural designs to build features and services for Ramsey Ed’s LMS platform
• Develop software solutions that are both scalable and maintainable, meeting deadlines without compromising quality
• Focus on writing thorough integration tests and documentation, ensuring solutions are well-tested and shareable
• Constantly grow in your understanding of Ramsey Ed products, applying business knowledge when designing technical solutions
• Participate in user interviews to uncover pain points and contribute to meaningful product improvements
• Partner with fellow engineers to improve the overall skillset of the team through knowledge sharing
