What You’d Do In This Role

The Senior Director of Data & Analytics serves as the discipline leader for Data & Analytics within Ramsey Trusted. This role blends strategic leadership, deep analytics expertise, and strong business partnership to shape how data is used to drive decisions across the organization.

You will lead and develop high-performing data teams while also serving as a key voice in defining the overall data and analytics strategy. Partnering closely with senior leaders across Marketing, Product, and Operations, you will help translate business priorities into scalable, trusted data solutions.

You’re Probably a Match If

• You have 9 years of experience in data, analytics, analytics engineering, or related roles with increasing scope and responsibility
• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience leading analytics or data teams, including experience leading managers or team leads
• You have experience setting and executing data and analytics strategy aligned to business priorities
• You have strong technical depth in SQL and Python and a deep understanding of modern data architectures, without needing to be hands-on daily
• You have experience with data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Streamlit, custom analytics applications)
• You have experience with cloud-based data platforms and ecosystems (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, AWS, Azure, GCP)
• You have experience designing and scaling data warehouses, data models, and ETL/ELT pipelines
• You have experience establishing data quality standards, governance practices, and source-of-truth reporting
• You have the ability to clearly communicate with and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leaders
• You have experience operating at high levels of business strategy and execution, using data to influence priorities and decisions
  
  

What Winning Looks Like

• Partner with senior leaders across Marketing, Product, and Business Units to deliver data and analytics solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes.
• Set and influence the Data & Analytics strategy in alignment with Ramsey priorities, ensuring clarity, focus, and leader commitment.
• Establish consistent approaches to metrics, reporting, experimentation, forecasting, and predictive modeling to support decision-making at all levels.
• Lead, coach, and develop Data & Analytics leaders and teams, setting clear priorities, expectations, and growth paths.
• Oversee the delivery of trusted data products that surface referral and applicant quality and enable teams to understand and improve quality drivers.
• Ensure analytics products (e.g., Tableau, Streamlit) are reliable, widely adopted, and used by leaders to inform decisions.
• Guide the design and maintenance of scalable data platforms, including data warehouses, models, and pipelines.
• Ensure strong data quality and governance through data contracts, source validation, and proactive monitoring.
• Equip Trusted Data & Analytics teams to build and operationalize predictive models and advanced analytics solutions.
• Establish shared expectations for best practices and foster a culture of accountability, proactive discovery, and continuous improvement.
