Salary: $75,000- $110,000/year* profit sharing benefits

• Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

What You’d Do in This Role:

In this role, you’ll help shape digital experiences that guide Ramsey fans through one of the biggest financial decisions of their adult lives—buying or selling a home. You’ll work with the RamseyTrusted Real Estate team to connect families with high-quality pros they can trust, creating clarity and confidence at every step.

You’ll collaborate closely with a Product Manager and Engineer to turn real customer insights into simple, intuitive experiences. You’ll join interviews, map workflows, build prototypes, and refine designs based on feedback and performance data. Your work will help people move from early market prep to financial readiness, ultimately leading them to the right RamseyTrusted agent who can change the trajectory of their home-buying or selling journey.

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You have 4–5 years of product design experience with consumer apps, SaaS, or marketplace products.
• You have strong Figma skills and can design clear flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• You have experience participating in customer interviews and usability testing, using insights to guide your design decisions.
• You have practical problem-solving instincts that help you simplify complex problems and iterate quickly based on feedback.
• You have solid collaboration skills with PMs and Engineers and bring strong communication and emotional intelligence to your work.
• You have an understanding of how design influences clarity, trust, and user behavior across different audiences.
• You have the ability to explain your work clearly and thrive in a fast-paced, accountable team environment.

• You create simple, trustworthy, and intuitive user experiences that help buyers, sellers, and agents connect with confidence.
• You bring clarity to messy or ambiguous problem spaces and help the trio explore practical solutions based on real customer needs.
• You work closely with engineering to ensure designs are feasible, efficient, and implemented with quality.
• You participate in ongoing discovery work that moves the team toward product-market fit and strong customer impact.
• Your designs show measurable improvement—more clarity, higher engagement, stronger conversion, or
• You contribute positively to a healthy, curious, team-first environment—bringing emotional maturity and a collaborative approach.
• You iterate often, embrace feedback, and help refine the product based on customer insights, usability testing, and performance data.
