Salary: $60,000- $75,000/year* profit sharing benefits

What You’d Do in This Role:

As a Video Producer for SmartDollar, you’ll own the full production process, from concept to final delivery on all video work. This role shapes the creative vision, develops concepts, writes scripts, builds treatments and pitch decks, leads production crews, manages timelines, directs on set, leads post-production processes, manages stakeholder expectations, and tracks asset performance. Projects could include webinars, organic and paid social media assets, client and user testimonials, marketing content, and product content.

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You have 2-3 years of experience producing video (agency experience preferred)
• You’re skilled at storytelling and building narratives that drive impact
• You’re organized, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects at once
• You’re confident managing production workflows
• You communicate clearly and build strong, collaborative relationships
• You have the ability to travel 3-4 times a year
• You’re passionate about the mission of Ramsey Solutions

• Projects are completed on time on budget and are aligned with the creative vision
• Communication with teams and stakeholders is clear, proactive and focused on collaboration and results
• You follow the results of projects to measure performance against desired business outcomes, communicate ROI to stakeholders, and gauge opportunities to refine and optimize future assets
• Production workflows and processes continue to improve through thoughtful feedback and innovation
• Final content reflects the heart of the Ramsey mission, inspiring transformation and connecting deeply with our audience
