Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team.This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve high performance and maintain service standards.
• Manage food production processes while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Oversee catering services, ensuring all events are executed flawlessly.
• Handle POS systems efficiently, ensuring accurate transactions and reporting.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during service.
• Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory control processes to ensure stock levels meet demand while minimizing waste.
• Oversee shift management, ensuring all operational tasks are completed efficiently.
• Provide training and support to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Handle customer service inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer experience.

Skills:

• Proven leadership abilities with experience in supervising staff in a hospitality setting.
• Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
• Strong background in food production, ensuring quality control throughout the kitchen.
• Excellent hospitality management skills to enhance guest experiences.
• Experience in restaurant management or kitchen management within fine dining establishments is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests alike.
