Delivery Driver/Warehouse Worker

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Delivery Driver/Warehouse Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting products safely and efficiently to various customers. This role requires proficiency in operating trucks, pickups and forklifts. The driver will ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain the integrity of the products during transport.

Responsibilities

• Operate and drive various types of vehicles, including Class C trucks and pickups.
• Safely deliver products to designated customers.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and functionality.
• Load and unload cargo using forklifts or manual handling techniques as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and other required documentation.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise during transport.
• Ensure the truck is clean and well-maintained at all times.
• Provide help in warehouse when not driving.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License (CDL) Class C or above with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely lift and handle heavy products.
• Prior experience in the field is considered a plus.
• Ability to operate a forklift is considered a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening as part of the hiring process.
