- Diesel tractors, trailers, and support equipment
- High-hour, hard-running oilfield equipment
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Run the shop day-to-day with full responsibility
- Diagnose and repair diesel trucks heavy equipment
- Lead mechanics and keep hands moving — no downtime
- Prioritize repairs to keep loads hauling and revenue moving
- Handle breakdowns, problem units, and high-pressure situations
- Set the standard for quality, speed, and accountability
Job Requirements:
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- 5 years diesel mechanic experience (non-negotiable)
- Strong experience with heavy equipment truck fleets
- Proven ability to lead a crew and run a shop
- Ability to turn wrenches and manage people at the same time
- Self-starter — you don’t wait, you take control
