Fiber Tech New Hire Training

Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently install and repair fiber optic cables to meet company standards
- Ensure network reliability and optimal performance thorough timely maintenance and troubleshooting
- Follow industry standards, safety regulations, and quality protocols
- Perform quality checks on completed work
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in fiber optic installation, splicing and repair - telecommunications, or related field preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions

Physical Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Capable of standing, walking, and kneeling for extended periods

- Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials, including 50 lbs. ladders
Work Location & Hours - Travel may be required
- We support multiple locations across the United States
- Opportunities may require night shift assignments
