Position Summary
While working at Ramsey Car Wash, you will be part of a dedicated team focused on delivering a best-in-class
customer experience. The Greeter / Customer Experience Associate serves as the first point of contact for customers—creating a welcoming environment, promoting services, and converting visitors into loyal members.
This position plays a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction, increasing sales, and supporting daily operations through professionalism, enthusiasm, and clear communication.
What You’ll Do
- Greet every guest with warmth and professionalism upon arrival
- Explain available services such as car washes, oil changes, tints, ceramic coatings, full details (interior and
exterior), hand wax, and express services
- Identify customer needs and recommend the best service package
- Upsell and promote premium packages and monthly memberships
- Process customer payments and accurately record transactions
- Assist in managing traffic flow and maintaining cleanliness in customer waiting areas
- Support the operations team by communicating customer needs effectively
- Track and report daily sales, upsells, and memberships
- Ensure a consistent, positive brand image through customer engagement

Qualifications

Pay rate- up to 75k including base and bonus..
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math and computer skills
- Fluent in English (bilingual preferred)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Compensation
- Hourly pay starting at minimum wage
- Commission on membership sales and service upgrades
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move throughout the property for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to work in outdoor environments (heat, cold, rain)
Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
