Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes and routine vehicle maintenance to manufacturer specifications
- Diagnose automotive issues using diagnostic tools and mechanical knowledge
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment efficiently and safely
- Assist customers with vehicle concerns and recommend appropriate services
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Perform heavy lifting when necessary to move parts or equipment safely
- Conduct inspections to identify potential mechanical problems before they escalate
- Support the team in completing repairs promptly while adhering to quality standards
Qualifications
- Dealership experience or prior automotive repair background preferred
- Proven mechanic experience with a solid understanding of automotive diagnostics and vehicle maintenance
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment
- Knowledge of oil change procedures, tire service, alignments, and general vehicle repairs
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Previous experience as a Service Technician or in automotive service roles is advantageous
- Mechanical aptitude with attention to detail and safety compliance
- Must being willing to assist in other overall operations of a car wash
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
