Ramsey Subaru is looking for Internet Customer Service and Sales Reps to join our Internet Marketing Team. Our department is the first line of communication with the customer and it is very important that we make the right impression! You will be responsible for emailing, calling, and texting with customers who submitted interest in our vehicles. There is no cold calling, all of the leads are warm/hot. Candidate will be responsible for confirming purchase details, setting appointments, and updating customer profiles
Position is SALARY with bonuses for each sale the dealership makes.
The ideal candidate:
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Patient, outgoing, and friendly
- Previous experience with answering high volume calls
- Able to multi-task and look up information while talking with the customers
- Experience is preferred, however we will train the right individual.
We have full Medical, Dental, and Vision.
