Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Commission Sales Associate role based in Ramsey, NJ. The Commission Sales Associate will greet and assist customers in the showroom, identify their needs, and guide them through the vehicle selection process. Daily responsibilities include conducting product presentations and test drives, explaining features, pricing, and financing options, and supporting customers with trade-ins and purchase decisions. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of inventory, manufacturer incentives, and dealership promotions to effectively close sales and meet or exceed sales targets. The associate will also follow up with potential and existing customers, maintain accurate records in the CRM system, and collaborate with finance and service teams to ensure a smooth, positive customer experience.
Qualifications
