Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC router equipment to produce custom sign components.
- Read and interpret production drawings, blueprints, and job specifications to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot operating issues.
- Monitor production efficiency, material usage, and quality standards to meet job requirements.
- Collaborate with the production team to resolve issues and improve workflow.
Qualifications
- At least one year of experience setting up and operating CNC router equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret production drawings, blueprints, and job specifications.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with the software used to operate CNC router equipment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining quality standards.
Job Type: Full-time, nonexempt
Shift: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday; overtime as needed, occasional weekends
