General Manager

We are now looking for a General Manager to lead the team at Ramsay’s Kitchen – Oklahoma City.

Ramsay’s Kitchen is a casually refined restaurant inspired by the Michelin-starred chef and television personality Gordon Ramsay and his global travels. Ramsay's Kitchen sits within Oklahoma City’s premier entertainment district at Chisholm Creek where guests can experience a fresh seasonal menu from well-known favorites like the iconic Beef Wellington and Sticky Toffee Pudding to local cuisine with a twist.

The General Manager must have:

• A passion for hospitality, food and beverage and exceptional guest service
• The motivation and leadership skill to represent Gordon Ramsay Restaurants and its world class hospitality standards
• Previous experience as a General Manager within a premium high-volume quality restaurant
• A keen eye for detail to ensure delivery of the standards and the highest levels of guest satisfaction at all times
• A proven track record of recruiting, developing, motivating and retaining a high performing team
• Good commercial acumen with previous P&L responsibility
• A strong personality, with confidence and enthusiasm to lead the team in the day to day running of the restaurant
• Exceptional communication skills – verbal and written – to ensure clear communication with all stakeholders
• Ability to multi task and effectively manage relationships at all levels

Key Accountabilities:

• Being the key leader of the restaurant, effectively managing the team and driving revenue and standards
• Responsibility for leading, inspiring and motivating the restaurant team to achieve loyalty and retention
• Responsible for the overall planning, business development and success of the restaurant alongside the Head Chef
• To deliver the concept and values of Gordon Ramsay Restaurants
• Establish the restaurant as a destination dining experience through exceptional service and guest loyalty
• Effectively coordinate, control and manage all resources and commercials to deliver all targets of the P&L
