Executive Chef

Ramsay’s Kitchen is a casually refined restaurant inspired by Michelin-starred Chef Gordon Ramsay and his global travels. Located in Oklahoma City’s premier entertainment district, Chisholm Creek, guests enjoy a seasonal menu featuring iconic dishes like Beef Wellington and Sticky Toffee Pudding, as well as local favorites with a twist.

The Executive Chef must have:

• The motivation and leadership skills to represent the Gordon Ramsay brand and its world-class hospitality standards.

• Previous experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a premium, high-volume quality restaurant.

• A strong understanding of classic cooking methods and seasonality, with the ability to innovate and create.

• A keen eye for detail to maintain high food quality and presentation at all times.

• A proven track record of recruiting, developing, motivating, and retaining a high-performing kitchen team.

• Confidence and enthusiasm to lead the team in the day-to-day running of the kitchen.

• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written – to ensure clarity across all departments.

• The ability to multitask and manage relationships at all levels.

Key Accountabilities:

• Serve as the key leader of the kitchen, effectively managing the team and driving food quality and consistency.

• Lead, inspire, and motivate the team to ensure retention and engagement.

• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and Food Safety standards, both statutory and company-wide.

• Oversee supply chain and stock control, ensuring alignment with Ramsay’s Kitchen standards.

• Manage food costs effectively within set targets.

• Coordinate and control resources and commercial operations to meet the goals of the P&L.
