We’re looking for a driven, high-energy Sales Representative to grow business relationships with companies that rely on dependable workforce solutions. This is a true outside sales role focused on building partnerships, generating revenue, and becoming the go-to staffing resource in your market.
This is NOT a recruiting-only role.
This is a sales position for someone who enjoys prospecting, meeting decision-makers, and closing deals.
What You’ll Do
- Develop new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and jobsite visits
- Build relationships with operations managers, warehouse managers, plant managers, contractors, and business owners
- Identify workforce challenges and provide staffing solutions
- Grow and manage a book of business
- Conduct client visits and maintain strong customer relationships
- Work closely with recruiting teams to ensure client needs are filled quickly
- Negotiate pricing, service agreements, and staffing plans
- Track sales activity, pipeline, and customer communication in CRM software
- Represent the company professionally in the field and in the community

- Proven General Labor Staffing sales experience required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and competitive mindset
- Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel throughout the State of Florida
