Rams Head Shore House is looking for an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

--Assist Kitchen Manager with overall kitchen operations including, but not limited to, menu selection, prep, line builds, food quality, food presentation, food costs, cleanliness & organization.

--Lead by Example in regards to work ethic, attitude and leadership

Requirements:

--At least 2 year in a leadership role (Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager)

--Available nights & weekends

--Bilingual is a plus

--Average 40-45 hours per week


Salary : $20 - $22
