Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts and other heavy equipment to facilitate the efficient movement of materials within our facility. This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving processes, as well as adherence to safety protocols.
Compensation: Candidates with prior Lead or Supervisor experience will be compensated at a rate of $22–$23 per hour.
Shift Schedule: 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM
Requirements:
- Must have experience in Double-Attachment Forklift.
- Relevant experience is required
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime is required
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
- Perform order picking tasks using RF scanners to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Assist in shipping and receiving operations, ensuring timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and adherence to OSHA standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.

2 - 5 years warehouse/distribution experience (3PL preferred).
2 years of forklift experience in warehouse environment.
