Rampit USA, Inc. is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Regional Project Coordinator to coordinate accessibility ramp projects between the Veterans Administration (VA), veterans, subcontractors, and internal departments.
The Regional Project Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring evaluations, installations, repairs, and removals are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time while meeting Rampit USA and VA requirements.
This position serves as the primary point of contact for assigned subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle. The Regional Project Coordinator is responsible for maintaining clear communication, monitoring project progress, processing required documentation, coordinating follow-up work, and ensuring exceptional customer service from the initial request through project completion.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in project coordination, construction administration, customer service, or office administration preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team.
- Professional and positive attitude when communicating with customers, veterans, VA representatives, subcontractors, and coworkers.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with QuickBooks preferred.
