Rampart Aviation is currently hiring Pilot in Command Pilots.Our team is currently in the process of selecting a Pilot in Command for our fleet of turboprop aircraft. Experience in Turbo Prop multi-engine aircraft is required. BASIC FUNCTION SUMMARYPerform Pilot In Command duties for Rampart flight operations.Current base is near Point Mugu, CA (KNDT) must live in the area.Willing to perform duties as Instructor Pilot and or Check AirmanThis is a CONUS based position. However, short term deployments may be required. Flight operations are conducted under Part 91, 105, and 135. All duties will be performed in accordance with Company Operations Manuals, Military Operations Procedures, and the Federal Aviation Regulations.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSMust hold the following Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Pilot Ratings:ATP Multi-engine LandCFI, CFII, MEI is desirableValid First Class MedicalPreferred Minimum Flight Experience2500 hours Total Time 500 hours Multi-EngineOther QualificationsMust have valid US Passport.Valid US Drivers License.Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.Must be a US CitizenMust be able to obtain and hold a Secret Clearance - Secret Personal Security Clearance strongly desiredPhysical Demands: Climbing, standing, stooping, bending, pushing, kneeling, stretching, extensive walking and working in tiring uncomfortable positions. May require lifting of objects whose weight may exceed 50 pounds. Special vision abilities required to perform this job are close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust and focus.Work Environment: The diversity of work conditions may range from an environment where there is little or no physical discomfort, to an environment where inclement weather may subject individual to severe changes of temperature, wind, rain, etc. Travel to austere high stress environments will be required.
