Description
RAMO provides comprehensive legal services to its clients in the entertainment industry with a specialized focus in representing financiers, producers, and production entities in film, television and digital content. The firm provides experienced legal services to optimize its clients’ financial, legal and business position in the financing, production and exploitation for their content.
RAMO is looking for a Receptionist to work part-time, 15-20 hours per week. This position will work with partners, attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff to provide them with support on correspondence, filing, and other essential duties.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain Firm calendar and conference room scheduling
- Maintain lobby, kitchen and other public areas
- Answer and route incoming calls on a multi-line telephone system
- Greet clients and visitors and answer visitor inquiries
- Scan, photocopy, fax, file and organize documents
- Process mail – collecting and routing mail and hand-delivered packages
- Order supplies, lunches, gifts, etc.
Requirements
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to operate multi-line telephone systems and office equipment such as computers, printers, scanners, copiers and video conferencing equipment
- Detail-oriented, flexible, highly organized, respect for confidentiality and discretion
- Ability to multi-task
- At least 2 years experience as a receptionist or similar role
- Dependable, professional, positive with an upbeat attitude and patience in dealing with clients and visitors.
Excellent position for someone with prior receptionist experience or looking to start a career in the entertainment legal field.
Experience with MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook is necessary.
High School degree or equivalent; college or business school desirable
