We are seeking an energetic OR Manager/Lead Circulator with Ophthalmology experience who is able to assist the Director of Nursing with delegated administrative duties and participates in the development of care plans in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. The ideal candidate will prioritize patient safety and high-quality care, and must demonstrate energy, efficiency and teamwork.Job Description:Primary OR circulator for ophthalmic procedures Tuesdays-Fridays.Assist Director of Nursing with delegated Administrative duties Play a key role in stabilizing patient flowSupport schedule managementPM22Requirements:Job Requirements:Active RN license in the state of CaliforniaMinimum 3 years of management experienceMust be able to cover following areas: Pre-op/PACU/OR for our high paced ophthalmology ASC.Current BLS and ACLS certificationsPrevious surgical experience in Ophthalmology is requiredMust demonstrate energy, efficiency, and teamworkPlease do not apply if you do not have Cataract surgery experience.This is a full time/part-time position based on the surgical schedule, typically Tuesdays through Thursdays, with one Friday per month.
