Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Trial Attorney at our Houston, TX office. The Trial Attorney will handle all aspects of the litigation process, including drafting and filing motions, conducting depositions, leading courtroom proceedings, and advising clients on legal strategies. The role requires collaboration with other legal professionals and proactive case management to drive successful outcomes for clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in legal principles and practices, with strong experience in litigation and trial law
- Experience with motions and preparation for legal proceedings
- Skilled in conducting trials, depositions, and working within court systems
- Strong legal research and written communication skills for drafting legal documents
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar license in the state of Texas
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple cases
- Experience in handling complex legal cases is a plus
