Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Trial Attorney role located in Houston, TX. The Trial Attorney will be responsible for handling court cases, preparing and presenting motions, conducting trials and depositions, and representing clients in legal proceedings on a day-to-day basis. To be chosen, the candidate must have the ability to look Big Tech and Big law straight in the eye and show them how they are so wrong. Ramey LLP fights for the under represented and we find ourselves constantly maligned by Big Tech and Big law. If chosen, you will find this a very rewarding position.
Qualifications
- Legal knowledge in Law and experience in Trials
- Proficiency in preparing Motions for court
- Patent litigation experience is a plus
- Experience in court procedures and conducting Depositions
- Strong advocacy skills and ability to represent clients effectively in Courts
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active Bar membership in Texas
