Organizational duties & responsibilities:

  1. The primary responsibility of all staff is to ensure the safety and well-being of all Ramey-Estep/Re-group (RE) clients.
  2. Supports RE's mission, vision, and values.  Facilitates and adheres to the agency’s code of ethics, policies, and procedures.
  3. Supports all functions required to attain and maintain accreditation and regulatory compliance.
  4. Supports and facilitates positive interaction with clients and staff by exhibiting both in-office and in-public when carrying out job duties:  individual maturity, respect for others, a team-centered approach, maintenance of confidential information, and awareness and sensitivity to cultural and other differences in clients and staff.
  5. Exhibits effective communication skills, including proper use of agency communication systems.
  6. Participates in appropriate professional development programs to attain and maintain competency.
  7. Effectively manages financial and physical resources to achieve RE's mission.
  8. Reports incidents of abuse or potential abuse involving clients to the appropriate authorities and RE.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Provides clinical support and direct supervision to Therapists, Clinical Service Coordinators, and other support staff as needed, including Peer Support Specialists and/or Service Coordinators/Targeted Case Managers.
  2. Ensures proper case supervision and consultation by providing accessibility and flexibility to their staff as needed.
  3. Leads group consultation/supervision for the clinical team, i.e., Case Managers, Clinical Service Coordinators, Therapists, and Support Staff.
  4. Makes any recommendations for program modifications/changes to the Senior Outpatient Treatment Director and/or Chief Treatment Officer (CTO).
  5. Collaborate with the Senior Outpatient Treatment Director and CTO to ensure therapeutic services for all clients.
  6. Keeps abreast of potential crises involving clients and assists clinical staff in crisis management and resolution.
  7. Provides individual, group, and family treatment, as appropriate, to clients based on clinical issues and treatment needs.
  8. Assists OP Senior Treatment Directors and CTO with support and guidance to OP Clinical Service Coordinators, therapists, and other OP/SA staff members in developing systems to promote efficiency and efficacy in delivering treatment services.
  9. Maintains strong collaborative relationships with all departments.
  10. Utilizes strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  11. Attends leadership meetings as scheduled and provides a clear report on office/staff performance, successes, barriers, and solutions.
  12. Ensure Re-group's licensing, certification, and other regulatory standards are met or exceeded regarding the treatment of the client and the client’s records.
  13. Provides support and guidance to Clinical Service Coordinators in training for new clinical staff members.
  14. Maintains a high level of availability and an approachable image to ensure positive employee relations.
  15. Adheres to the highest ethical standards to ensure the mission of the Re-group and the client’s needs are met.
  16. Ensures the mission of the Re-group by providing quality services to the clients served.
  17. Provide leadership, support, and guidance to clinical staff members.
  18. Performs other duties as assigned.

Working conditions/environment:

  1. The shift is generally day shift, Monday-Friday.
  2. Holidays, weekends, and extra hours may be required from time to time.
  3. Intense, unpredictable population with the possibility of verbal and physical aggression.
  4. A fast-paced environment with the need for quick decisions to deal with any crisis that may arise.

minimum job requirements:

Education:

A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or other degrees with a clinical emphasis from an accredited school is required.

Experience:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in behavioral health, along with at least 2 years of supervision experience, is preferred.

Specific Skills and

requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must have strong leadership and organizational skills.
Must be able to adapt easily to an ever-changing environment.
Must have the ability to multitask and manage within a fast-paced environment.
Must maintain a valid Driver’s License and insurability.
Must have excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
Technical requirements include proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and any other applications used by the organization or regulatory agencies.
Ability to understand and relate to the needs of clients from diverse backgrounds.
Ability to read, write, and converse in English.
Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen.
Successful completion of a background screening.
Successful completion of a TB skin test or proof of a negative chest x-ray or other documentation.

This position offers a competitive salary starting at $75,000/annually and is eligible for a sign-on bonus starting at $3,000.

Salary : $75,000 - $80,000
