We are seeking experienced and dependable General Handymen to join our contractor network. This role involves performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure properties are well-maintained, safe, and functional.
Duties
- Perform general property maintenance and repair services across residential and commercial sites.
- Complete work orders related to drywall repair and patching, interior and exterior painting, and minor plumbing repairs.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and address issues promptly.
- Assist with minor carpentry, electrical, or other handyman tasks as required.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure work is completed efficiently and to standard.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a handyman or in property maintenance roles.
- Strong knowledge of drywall repair, painting, plumbing, and general repair techniques.
- Ability to perform minor carpentry, electrical, or related handyman tasks is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed for project completion.
