Overview
We are seeking energetic and vigilant Access Control Officers to join our team across all shifts. In this role, you will be responsible for controlling access to designated facilities, monitoring security systems, and ensuring a safe environment for everyone. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining the integrity of our security operations.
Duties
- Authorize entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at access points.
- Conduct thorough surveillance using CCTV systems to monitor premises continuously.
- Manage access control logs, incident reports, and shift documentation accurately.
- Perform visual inspections of personnel, packages, and vehicles to prevent theft or unauthorized access.
- Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency responders as needed.
- Utilize conflict management skills to de-escalate tense situations professionally.
- Maintain high standards of loss prevention by adhering to established security protocols.
Experience
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is preferred.
- Knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV is highly desirable.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is a plus, demonstrating readiness for emergency response.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with loss prevention techniques and security procedures.
