About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, customer‐focused Appointment Coordinator to support our sales and operations teams. This role is the heartbeat of our scheduling process — ensuring leads are contacted quickly, appointments are booked accurately, and customers feel taken care of from the very first interaction. Compensation is negotiable and determined by experience and skill level.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls, online inquiries, and lead submissions with professionalism and warmth
- Make outbound calls to schedule in‐home consultations for sales representatives
- Confirm appointments, send reminders, and follow up on missed or rescheduled visits
- Maintain accurate scheduling in the CRM and update notes in real time
- Coordinate with sales reps to ensure calendars are full, efficient, and geographically optimized
- Pre‐qualify leads based on company criteria
- Provide customers with basic product and service information
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly appointment metrics
- Communicate with the operations team regarding customer needs, special requests, or follow‐up items
- Assist with light administrative tasks as needed (emailing customers, updating records, etc.)
