Full Time Lead Cleaner Batavia, OH (CIN)

RamClean is looking for a reliable and motivated Team Lead Cleaner to join our growing team.

Batavia, OH 45103

Schedule: Monday To Friday, 11:00 am - 7:30 pm.

This position requires working every other Saturday, with the preceding Friday provided as a day off

What You’ll Do

As a Team Lead Cleaner / Day Porter, you’ll help keep our client’s facility clean, safe, and welcoming while supporting daily operations and helping lead the team on-site.

Your daily tasks may include:

• Keeping common areas clean and organized
• Cleaning offices, hallways, entrances, and restrooms
• Sanitizing desks, tables, counters, and high-touch surfaces
• Vacuuming carpets and mopping floors
• Emptying trash and replacing liners
• Restocking cleaning and restroom supplies
• Helping support team members and maintaining quality standards

What We’re Looking For

• Dependable and hardworking individuals
• Reliable transportation
• Janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred
• Leadership experience is a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply
• Positive attitude and willingness to grow with the company

Pay & Opportunities

• Starting at $18/hour
• Higher pay available for experience with:
  • Floor stripping & waxing
  • Carpet cleaning
