What You'll Do
- Provide cleaning support at commercial facilities throughout the Cincinnati area, including: Downtown Cincinnati, Blue Ash, Sharonville, Lebanon, Mason, Harrison, Batavia, Fairfield, and other areas surrounding Cincinnati.
- Fill in for team members during vacations, absences, and staffing shortages
- Assist with onboarding and servicing new customer accounts
- Perform routine and specialty commercial cleaning tasks
- Communicate effectively with Operations Management and field staff
- Help maintain RamClean's high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
This position requires daily travel to various customer locations. Candidates must have:
- A reliable vehicle
- A valid driver's license
- A good driving record
- Willingness to travel throughout the Central Kentucky area
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly preferred.
- 3 years of commercial cleaning, janitorial, or custodial experience
- Experience with floor care, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and occasional weekends
- Availability to work up to 50 hours per week when needed
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
- Ability to communicate professionally with management and fellow team members
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between job sites

- 5 years of commercial cleaning, janitorial, or custodial experience
- Window cleaning experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
