Ramaswamy’s Dream Logistics LLC is a locally owned, community-first Delivery Service Partner proudly serving the Greater Boston area. As a brand-new Amazon DSP, we are building more than a delivery company — we are building a people-first organization rooted in trust, safety, ownership, and growth.
Pay and Benefits as a Delivery Driver:
- $24.25 per hour

Delivery Driver Role Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have a valid driver's license within the state of employment
- Must be able to operate and navigate a delivery vehicle
- Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs.
- Must have good communication skills and the ability to work well with customers
Duties and Responsibilities of a Delivery Driver:
- Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
- Use hand held device for routing information and customer delivery information.
- Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions.
- Load and unload packages to be delivered
- Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
- Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Lift packages up to 50 lbs. o Able to get in and out of van and walk up and down stairs through your shift
