Duties
- Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring work progresses according to project plans, schedules, and safety standards.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams to maintain workflow efficiency and quality standards.

- Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to verify project scope and technical requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections for quality control, safety compliance (OSHA standards), and adherence to design specifications.
- Manage project documentation including daily reports, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and progress logs using tools like Bluebeam.
- Collaborate with project managers on budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation to keep projects financially on track.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in supervising large-scale projects.
- Extensive construction site experience with a solid understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating.
- Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, similar tools.
- Knowledge of project scheduling techniques and the ability to develop detailed project timelines.
- Familiarity with contracts management, OSHA safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
- Skilled in managing budgets, procurement processes, and subcontractor coordination.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high safety standards.
